Return requests must be made in the presence of the delivery person at the time of delivery. Once the delivery person leaves, returns will not be accepted.

Exchange depends on stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be provided.
Refunds are applicable if:
Paid order cannot be fulfilled
Product is damaged or incorrect and verified
Size exchange is not available
Refunds will be processed within 3 hours to 1 business day after approval.
Mobile banking (bKash, Rocket, etc.)
Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
Delivery and COD charges are non-refundable
Returns and refunds will NOT be applicable if:
Return is requested after the delivery person leaves
Product is used, washed, or damaged by the customer
Customer changes mind after delivery
Color variation due to screen or lighting
Discounted, clearance, or promotional products
Wrong size selected by the customer (if size chart was clearly provided)
Fake, incomplete, or suspicious claims
Delivery charges are non-refundable
Return shipping cost may be deducted unless the mistake is from Shuch Shilpo
This policy is governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be handled under Bangladeshi law.
